This flanges are available both in the 3. 000 psi standard-pressure series with hole pattern according to ISO 6162-1 and in the 6. 000 psi high-pressure series with hole pattern according to ISO 6162-2.
The 3. 000 PSI standard-pressure series contains flange components with maximum working pressures between 35 bar and 350 bar and is available for a variety of nominal sizes between DN 13 (1/2") and DN 127 (5"). The 6. 000 psi high-pressure series is suitable for maximum working pressures up to 400 bar and covers nominal sizes between dn 13 (1/2") and dn 51 (2").
SAE flanges are used as a reliable alternative to regular pipe and tube connectors. Their biggest advantage is the considerably higher pressure resistance for most sizes and the continuous pressure level of the 6. 000 psi high-pressure series which can resist maximum working pressures of up to 400 bar.

This fittings are manufactured as per DIN 2353 and ISO8801 in two series.
Series L for compresses air, hydraulic lines, plastic piping,auto motive industries, machine tool system etc.
Series S for heavy duty machineries, ship building,
compresses air lines and earth moving equipment system etc.
Materials of fittings:
fittings are made of carbon steel and free cutting steels. The fittings body and nut are phosphated finish and ferrules are cadmium or Zinc plated.
They are also available in Stainless steel and Brass material.
Pressures:
The pressure rating for fittings are found in each
data sheet in Bar and can be converted in PSI by multiplying by 14.5. generally pressures stated in the catalogue are nominal pressures under normal working conditions and temp to 1300C. For high temp, shock pressure and high vibration we
recommend series S.
